QC inspection part

Quality inspections are conducted at all stages from the stage of purchasing raw materials and materials to product development, production process, and shipment, and if nonconformities are found as a result of quality inspection, the relevant department is notified and the cause is analyzed and countermeasures are established through quality consultation.

    GC Meter

    For the measurement of residual NMP in the electrode, residual NMP gasified by heating is passed through the column line to measure the concentration of the detected component.

    • - Measurement range: 1 Ω to 10 MΩ
    • - Scope of use: Electrode residual NMP measurement after coating
  • Tensile Strength & Cohesion Meter

    Tensile strength/clamping force meter

    After the import inspection of Al / Cu raw materials required for the electrode manufacturing process and all the electrode manufacturing processes, the produced electrodes are sampled to measure the tensile strength and bonding force.

    • - Measurement process : Incoming inspection / Process inspection
    • - Measuring range : Tensile strength 1000 N (100 kgf)
    • - Clamping force : 10 N (1 kgf)
    • - Scope of use : Foil import inspection / Adhesion after pressing
  • Karl Fischer

    Moisture meter

    Electrode manufacturing process The residual moisture in the electrode during the coating drying process is measured by temperature and time METHOD The result in PPM is measured by Kalbfischer titration.

    • - Measurement process : Incoming inspection / Process inspection
    • - Measurement range : 1 ppm to 5
    • - Scope of use : Active material and electrode moisture measurement
