JR Energy Solution Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) protects the personal information of visitors, partners, and employees in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and establishes the following policy to smoothly handle complaints related to personal information.

The Company may outsource personal information processing tasks to external professional service providers to ensure smooth access control operations and improve service quality.
The Company stipulates necessary matters to ensure the safe management of personal information in outsourcing contracts in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act and supervises subcontractors accordingly.

11. Fixed Video Information Processing Devices
The Company operates fixed video surveillance systems (CCTV) for facility safety, fire prevention, and crime prevention in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act.

12. Notification of Changes to This Policy
This Personal Information Processing Policy shall take effect on January 1, 2026.
Any additions, deletions, or modifications to this policy will be announced on the Company website or through notices at least seven days prior to the effective date.

Individuals may request to view, confirm, or delete personal video data at any time through the IT & Information Security Team. Requests are limited to data clearly involving the individual or necessary for the protection of life, body, or property. Required actions will be taken promptly upon request.
7. Measures to Ensure Video Data Security
Video data is securely managed through encryption and access control measures. Management measures include recording creation time, access purpose, personnel, and access time to prevent tampering. Additional secure physical storage is also provided.
8. This policy applies as of 1 January 2026.
The collection of email addresses posted on this website using automated programs or other technical means is strictly prohibited. Violations may be subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
